How does GGHS evaluate/test products?

Go Green Home Supply has spent countless hours researching and evaluating the technical aspects of building materials in order to fully understand a materials impact on the planet and human health.

We investigate several aspects of a product and work with industry professionals, architects, and building science leaders to ensure we only offer the best products available—one’s that we can feel proud to promote. In short, products are evaluated on their raw material impact, chemical composition, ecological impact, water usage, carbon footprint, toxicity and waste footprint.

All of this is in addition to ensuring they meet real-world performance requirements for your home - to make sure they are long lasting, durable, high performance products that deliver on their purpose.

Can I get samples of products?

Sample products certainly are important for some homeowners to ensure they receive the right color/pattern/fitment they are looking for. We offer samples for some of our products when available, and are happy to provide those to you. Please reach out to us for sample requests and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you do custom colors/styles/orders?

If you don’t see the exact product you need, please reach out to us for custom solutions!

Many of our partner manufacturers have the ability and know-how to provide custom products for whatever your needs are! Go Green Home Supply will facilitate the custom product orders to ensure you are getting a sustainable, yet perfect product fit for your home! Orders & Delivery

What’s my order status?

Once you complete your checkout process, you will receive an automated email order confirmation from Go Green Home Supply. This is your ticket to tracking your order with us.

Once each product is confirmed and shipped, you will receive periodic order update emails which will update you on the delivery requirements for your order and the estimated timeline for each product's delivery. For more detailed information, please see our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions information. As always, if you have any questions, please send us a message and our Customer Service team will respond as soon as possible.

Can orders be expedited?

Possibly. Each product page will indicate to you that specific product’s approximate delivery lead time. The lead time is the estimated duration from order confirmation to delivery (this could be anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on the product, availability, seasonal changes, weather, etc.). Please be mindful of those lead times as you plan your project and evaluate your timeline needs.

If you would like to try to expedite an order, it may be possible to coordinate with our Customer Service team. Expedited orders may be subject to additional fees/expenses.

Warranty

What product warranties do you have?

All product warranty information and product warranty claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Go Green Home Supply can help with customer service issues and claims, as well as facilitating manufacturer communications, but we are not liable for product defects, damage, or any other product related issues that potentially arise, whether that occurs by the manufacturer, during shipping (as handled by the shipping provider), or while on site (after delivery). We will do our best to help ensure a satisfactory resolution to any situation.

It is imperative that you follow the specific product's manufacturer's recommended installation instructions. Failure to do so may void any warranty.
