Shipping policy
Go Green Home Supply understands the importance of a well coordinated shipment and delivery process. Communication to the customer is of the utmost importance to ensure your order's shipment and delivery are to your satisfaction.
Go Green Home Supply LLC and its partners/agents/suppliers ship within contiguous United States (at this time). All shipments are fulfilled and coordinated by the appropriate Go Green Home Supply partner.
For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact info@gogreenhomesupply.com for the option to have product shipped to your location. A custom freight quote will be generated for your request.
Unless otherwise coordinated, most logistics and delivery operations will not provide "white glove" type delivery - if this is something you are in need of, we can accommodate. Please contact us directly for this extra service.
You are responsible for knowing and understanding the requirements of receiving certain products from your order with Go Green Home Supply. These requirements will be outlined in the individual partner manufacturer's Shipping/Return policies we outline on this or their website. These requirements will be communicated to you to the best of our ability. By placing your order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions and thus agreeing to the Shipping Policy.
Some items require a signature for delivery. Some items may require special equipment to be on site for delivery. Freight carriers dictate delivery schedules once the item is in transit. They may contact you upon final delivery. Most items will be delivered "curbside". It is the recipient's/customer's responsibility to move or house the product appropriately to avoid problems or damage once the delivery has occurred.All logistics, shipping method, delivery method, delivery estimates, lead times, and actual delivery dates are all variable and may change. When delivering building materials, some items are subject to lead time changes and delays. Lead times are an estimate and vary by product. Delivery schedules are an estimate.
Any need for detailed coordination with you to ensure a satisfactory delivery will occur after the order is placed. Coordination of final delivery details, dates/times, services included, or services not included, your responsibilities, etc. may be handled by the Go Green Home Supply customer service team and our handling/logistics partners and/or suppliers.
While Go Green Home Supply and our partners do our best to maintain the quality of the product in transit, occasionally damage may occur. Please record and report the damage to info@greenhomesupply.com as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery. Our Return/Refund policy outlines the process for handling such matters.
If you need to cancel an order prior to the product shipment, please contact orders@gogreenhomesupply.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once a product has be shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may be subject to a return/restocking fee as outlined in the Return/refund policy.
