Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation prior to the shipment of the product, but cancellation is not a guaranteed.  Go Green Home Supply will do our best to accommodate cancellations when possible.  Please email orders@gogreenhomesupply.com to request an order cancellation.

If an order cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund from Go Green Home Supply, which may be subject to a cancellation/processing fee of 3% (or more) of the total order.

Cancellations and subsequent refunds will not necessarily be honored on or after the date of order confirmation from our partners, or on or after the date of the order shipment.

Any further cancellations will be subject to Go Green Home Supply's partner's cancellation/refund/return policies.  

Warranty

Go Green Home Supply operates as an e-commerce retail brand with select partner suppliers.  Their products are warranted at the supplier level.  Warranty claims may be communicated through Go Green Home Supply to the manufacturer, but the claim itself will be handled and supported by our partner manufacturer.  Go Green Home Supply bears no responsibility or liability in product warranty matters.

Returns

Returns are subject to Go Green Home Supply's manufacturer partner's policies.  All return policies will be enforced by Go Green Home Supply on behalf of the manufacturer.  The customer is solely responsible for return shipping/freight costs to the appropriate partner return location.  

If an order return is made and accepted, you will receive a refund from Go Green Home Supply, for the amount of the product (not shipping/freight) on the original order, less a processing fee of 3% (or more) of the total order, and any additional processing or restocking fees as dictated by Go Green Home Supply and the manufacturer's return policy.  You may be subject to additional fees depending on the condition of the returned product.  Refund payments will not be processed until the returned product is received in full and accepted as being in satisfactory condition at our partner's return location.
