Majvest-200 is an exterior use Water Resistant Barrier (WRB) - acts as both air-tight barrier and water barrier.  Vapor diffusion open, wind and rainproof facade membrane.  For permanent protection of exterior walls while maintaining functional benefits of all insulation layers.  This high performance air and water control layer is key to make a home as air-tight as possible, while keeping the elements out.  For use under rainscreens and other facade applications.

SIGA Majvest-200 is a three layer polymeric membrane backed with polypropylene fleece.

Measuring instructions

To calculate order size for number of rolls needed:

Square footage = (estimated total exterior square footage) * (10% overage)

Divide your total estimate by 820sqft/roll to find the number of rolls needed. Always round up to next full roll.

Example - residing/rewrapping rectangular home:
Rough exterior rectangular house dimensions: 33'W x 39'L x 14'H
Calculate the four walls:
2*(33x14) + 2*(39x14) = 2016sqft

Calculate overage:
2016 * 1.1 = 2218sqft needed

Divide 2218sqft by 820sqft/roll = 2.7 rolls
Round to 3 full rolls as order size
